Cancellation
Cancellations must be received within 5 working days of the date of the Seminar and will be subject to an administration charge of CHF 150. After this time no refund will be given. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please note that the participant and his/her company will have joint and several liabilities for payment.

Certificate
Participants who attend the whole course will receive a certificate of attendance.
