Hugh O’Donnell is the Chair of Verein STEP and the Chair of STEP Lucerne/Zug Centre, he was previously the Vice-Chair of STEP Arabia.

Hugh brings with him over 25 years of experience across private banking, wealth planning and fiduciary management with a strong focus on Switzerland, the Middle East, Africa, Non resident Indian (NRI) and the UK. Hugh has held roles in Zurich, Austria and Liechtenstein, working 10 years in the Middle East and travelling extensively throughout this time. Fluent in English and German, Hugh has an expert understanding of regions and cultures .
