Description:
- Support Relationship Managers with their day-to-day mandate administration (e.g. drafting of minutes/resolutions, review of bank statements, monitoring of payment executions, liaise with internal & external accountants, etc)
- Formation and administration of client structures (trusts/companies/foundations)
- General office administration
- Creating and maintaining files
- Be a part of various in-house projects
Requirements:
- Preliminary experience in the trust and fiduciary industry or in the financial sector would be ideal
- Curious, dependable, and interested in gaining knowledge
- Good MS office skills required
- Fluent in English and good communicative skills in German, and any other language will be beneficial
- Reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and a team-player
