Description:
- Takeover of an existing complex client portfolio
- Advise/coordinate existing and new clients in cross border legal, financial and succession planning issues, with the help of internal and external specialists
- Direct and regular contact with the clients, their advisors and/or family offices
- Creating and maintaining files
- Periodical reviews and monitoring and analysis of regulatory initiatives affecting the structures
- Profound knowledge of AML regulations
- Preparation of agreements, manuals, organisational charts, deeds, presentations and review of the same
- Review and approval of financial statements
- Work with supporting staff on day-to-day mandate administration (e.g. drafting of minutes/resolutions, review of bank and portfolio statements, monitoring of payment executions and execution of the same, liaise with internal & external accountants, auditors, etc)
- Participation in various in-house projects
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the trust and fiduciary industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for the company
- Good MS office skills required
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills in German; any other language will be beneficial
- Reliable, durable, trustworthy, communicative and responsible
