Trust Officers at Leo Trust Switzerland AG, Zurich
Position:
Leo Trust Switzerland AG is looking for committed trust officers for the administration of trusts and local/international legal entities.
Workplace:
Zurich City
Your key tasks:
- Electronic collection, monitoring and management of customer and company data on ViewPoint
- Institutional/private client mandates
- Support/assistance with administrative tasks of companies, foundations and trusts
- Preparation and ordering of documents such as Certificate of Incumbency, Certificate of Good Standing, etc.
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions
- Preparation of documents for a change of shareholders and directors
- Client correspondence (mainly email) in German and English / letter forwarding to customers and business partners
- Support in compliance-related tasks
- Support of projects such as ESA Reporting, BO Reporting, accounting obligations according to Law 254, uploading of documents on reporting portals and similar tasks
Requirements
- Preferably work experience in the international and Swiss trust industry
- STEP certification or equivalent would be an asset
- Relevant business or law degree and other professional qualifications would be an asset
Skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Other languages would be an additional asset.
- MS Office knowledge and ViewPoint are considered an asset
