Report on compulsory portion and equalisation law and estate planning under the revised international inheritance law:
Schulthess Forum Erbrecht, 27.03.2025 in Zürich
This time, the Schulthess Forum on Inheritance Law will focus in particular on international inheritance law (IPRG). The new provisions of Chapter 6 of the IPRG reduce conflicts of jurisdiction and open up new room for manoeuvre. Depending on how estate planning is organised, the new regulations can have a considerable impact on the settlement of estates. A change of jurisdiction can not only have far-reaching consequences for the settlement of an estate, but can also have tax or cost implications.
As a member of STEP, you benefit from special conditions.
